Founded in North New Jersey, Aurora Networks set out to differentiate ourselves from other MSP's. Our engineers are highly vetted for not only their technical expertise but also customer service. As members of the technology community, we've noticed certain pain points with managed services that needed to be addressed. During an outage or cyber attack, the last thing you want to deal with is a communication issue. Our business is split between US employees and our office in Southern Europe. Our Engineer's English is impeccable and their accent is minimal so no more having to fight to get someone you can understand.
Our remote office, located in beautiful Prishtina, Kosovo, is home to our European Engineering team. The quickly developing city has a strong technology presence and a thriving young population. Aurora networks has built relationships with technology schools in the area, mentoring students and hosting events to find the best and brightest engineers.
Leart Sapunxhiu is the Founder and Principal Network Architect of Aurora Networks. Armed with a CCIE and extensive experience, Leart has lead large-scale projects with great success. Before his consultant work, Leart was a Senior Network engineer for Datapipe(now Rackspace). Here he acted as an escalation point for all 40 data centers globally. Leart led massive deployments such as Nike's Virginia data center, and redesigns of Datapipe's data centers from the Core/Dist/Access model to a Spine/Leaf model. As a subject matter expert in several different fields, he traveled to Datapipe offices globally and held training seminars for local engineers.
Leart also has extensive MSP experience working for IPsoft, a New York based MSP. Here he was exposed to a wide range of technology and quickly moved into a lead role.
